Common questions

How do I play? Each round you place five random gems, then keep one; the rest become walls. Creeps walk the shortest route through your maze, so every wall shapes the path. Tap How to Play on the main menu for the full walkthrough, or play the guided tutorial.

Where are the recipes? Open the Codex from the main menu, or browse it on the web at gemmazetd.com/codex.

Does my progress sync? Yes. Saves, history and settings sync through your own iCloud account when iCloud is on for the app.

Leaderboards aren't showing my score. Make sure you're signed in to Game Center (iOS Settings → Games → Game Center). Scores submit when a run ends.

The game feels slow on my device. Try Settings → Graphics Quality → Low, and let the device cool down. Then email us your device model and we'll look into it.
