Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Gem Maze TD is a single-player game. We built it to be played, not to collect data.
What we collect
- Nothing personal. The game has no account system and does not ask for, store, or transmit your name, email, contacts, location, or any other personal information.
- Gameplay data stays on your device. Saves, settings, and game history are stored locally (and in your personal iCloud if enabled by iOS).
- Standard Apple diagnostics. If you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple provides us anonymized crash reports and performance metrics. These contain no personal information and we use them only to fix bugs.
TestFlight beta
During the beta, Apple's TestFlight provides us anonymized session, crash, and feedback data you choose to send, under Apple's privacy policy.
Game Center (leaderboards)
The game uses Apple's Game Center for its leaderboards. If you're signed in to Game Center, your best wave is submitted to Apple's leaderboard service, and your Game Center nickname and avatar appear on the public board alongside it — exactly as they do in any Game Center game. All of this is stored and handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never receive, store, or process it on our own servers (we don't have any).
Participation is optional. Decline the Game Center sign-in and the game plays normally — no scores are submitted and nothing about you appears on any board. You can manage Game Center, including your nickname and who can see your profile, in iOS Settings → Games.
Third parties
The game contains no third-party ads, trackers, or analytics SDKs.
